Sometimes when I'm not feeling that really fast skip I will just leave off the final eighth note to give myself a little extra time to get down or just play the chord using a standard fingering progression like 1 5 high 1 5 high 3 5 high 1 5. Anything to make it a little easier. I can play it, but it does prove difficult to do consistently when trying to think about the other stuff going on.
